These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of yzkstudios.com (the “Website”), operated as a personal project by:

1. Purpose of the Website

The Website is a portfolio and music platform operated by Yannis Jonas. It allows visitors to listen to music, create an account, manage playlists, interact with available features, and, for artist accounts approved by the Website operator, upload and manage music-related content.

The Website is intended for users aged 16 years or older. Some content, including music, may contain explicit language or mature themes.

By using the Website, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

3. User Accounts

Users may create an account using an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

Certain features are reserved for artist accounts. Artist status is assigned manually by the Website operator. Only accounts granted artist status may upload songs, covers or related content to the Website.

By uploading content to the Website, you grant the Website operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt when technically necessary, distribute and remove that content for the purpose of operating, securing and making the Website available.

4.2 User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to upload such content and make it available on the Website.

• content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights;
• harmful, abusive, defamatory or fraudulent content;
• malware, malicious code or material intended to disrupt the Website.

The Website operator does not perform prior review of uploaded content. However, content may be removed after review following a complaint, a rights-holder request, a legal obligation, or a determination that the content breaches these Terms.

5. Playlists, likes and listening features

The Website may allow users to create private playlists, like songs, and use listening-related features. Some playlists may also be published or shared by artist accounts depending on the Website features.

Artists may have access to certain statistics relating to their content, such as streams and likes.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content published by the Website operator, including music, text, design and visuals, is owned by Yannis Jonas or used under appropriate authorization.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, make available, modify or exploit Website content without prior permission, except where such use is expressly allowed by law.
